Another "Film" Maker who uses only ship fighting in animation.  http://www.youtube.com/user/rjgdwiz#p/u
An Animated Short:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5L5zRUE9X0 (1:45)
Star Trek Animation: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qa-f1-IK5tM (1:15)  This is just part of what later developed into the other short.  This has no story, just ships shooting at each other.

Looks like more ships for ships sake.

This fellow, http://www.youtube.com/user/VideoSpaceFX/videos?sort=dd&view=u&page=1, VideoSpaceFX seems to do mostly remakes using only CGI and captions.   The filmmaker recommends looking at these:
"Escape of Khan" - Launch of the Botany Bay.  The creator also has a lot of other CGI-only videos.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKtieXEBLcE&feature=youtu.be (6:45)  Story is told with captions and CGI.
"Borg Incursion" (Best of Both Worlds) - Enterprise Engages Borg Cube:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvVe6-V-boA&hd=1  (8:18)
"Eyes in the Dark" - Enterprise-D escapes a Tyken's Rift: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTYAGsTjYH8&hd=1 (2:55)
"Battle of Narendra III" - Yesterday's Enterprise: High quality:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsilA7nD_5c (14:54)  older, lower quality version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdU-M40eGIo&hd=1 (15:00)
"Battle of Maxia" - Picard Manoeuvre. Surprise attack on USS Stargazer by unknown vessel:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SNe60gweqA&hd=1 (9:25)

omnoplea  http://www.youtube.com/user/omnoplea  produced Star Trek: The Battle of Tyra http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PX8TD1qlXI (5:25)

Here are two "Borg Invasion" films to be sorted by creator:

by nitemare  Star Trek XI Borg Invasion(5:53) All CGI.
http://www.metacafe.com/watch/891737/star_trek_xi_borg_invation/  This short is mostly silent, it show a single Star Fleet ship destroying a Borg cube.  The 5 minute, 53 second short is entitled Star Trek XI: Borg Invasion.  No humans or aliens are shown, just ships and a planet that looks a lot like Jupiter, red spot and all.

Bad as that was, it looks good next to this Borg Invasion by motionflyer short: http://www.break.com/usercontent/2008/3/The-Borg-Invasion-Weymouth-Harbour-470992.html

Mauricio Duarte Goncalves dos Santos https://www.youtube.com/user/mauriciodgsantos/videos  offers several CGI films, including https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4okGZh5gtBI (1:45)

TaCoskun  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4pSeMp7xv8 (2:52)

Alvision100
(1) Chasing The Infinite Sky.  Alternative timeline rendering of Star Trek. from    Alvision 100,  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cuXt2AAn1Kw (5:22) (7/25/2016).  Ultra Widescreen released 6/14/2017, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XzBxb-n8FY(5:19)  Also at https://vimeo.com/196973313(5:20) (Note aside:  The known universe is believed to be well under 150 billion light years in diameter, so 1.2 trillion light years would place them in an alternative universe.  However, it would be in an alternative section of the ekpyrotic (metaverse) if that is the actual shape of reality.)

Included in a list of Guidelines-compliant Star Trek Fan Films by Syfy:  http://www.syfy.com/syfywire/11-star-trek-fan-films-ranked

(2)  U.S.S. Challenger (A Brighter Future), also from Alvision100, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpo46Yk6fv0(1:20)

(3)  USS Voyager, Fan Made, Alternative Timeline https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eylm8PdfBBQ(1:00)

Merry Christmas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGMzFYu-0_4 (1:00)

Dr. Robbi Animations, or Robert Ziolkowski, Star Trek Rewind.  In 2409, we see a planet explode and the Enterprise 1701 F go with it, (Silver Age).  Then the film shifts to 2151 (Stone Age) and an attack on the NX-01 Enterprise.  At first, there is a disastrous ending, then a ship appears from the future, time rewinds, and there is instead a triumphant ending.  This happens again in two other timeframes, The film jumps to Sektor 002 in the year 2271 (Golden Age).  Then the film jumps to near Cardassia in the year 2375 (Silver Age). Now it is back to the 1701 F,  and instead of a planet exploding we see space fireworks.  Star Trek - Rewind, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUV4bXBTL4o (17:04)

  4. Is this you? http://www.youtube.com/user/buckaroohawk ? You seem to have more there than CGI sequences. I'm putting you into my bin of 'to be investigated.' You might wind up here, but I see other places you might also be placed. Thanks for letting me know you exist! I'll look into where to include your work, so that your fellow Trek fans can find it!
